What two hours on site actually looks like
A two-person crew works the event from two angles at once, both with a camera in hand. One stays close to the specific moments — the scheduled parts, the things planned to happen. The other reads the room for what is felt rather than staged: the reactions, the energy, the in-between. Together, that is the difference between footage of what happened and a record of why it mattered.
Essential is observational: the crew films the event as it unfolds, without stopping anyone. Premium adds crowd interaction — on-the-spot interviews with attendees while it is happening, which is what turns footage of an event into a record of who was there.
Every package returns the same two formats, because they do different jobs. The highlight reel wraps the whole event in about a minute: it is what gets posted in the days after. The horizontal video of up to ten minutes is the edited record of the night — the one that gets watched later, properly, and kept. Both are delivered within five business days.
